Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a dedicated customer service representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, handling a wide range of tasks, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and personalized support to customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint

  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the success of our organization
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons
  • Manage inventory and freight, ensuring accurate and efficient loading and unloading of aircraft
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a dynamic and ever-changing environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service role

  • Knowledge of Southwest Airlines policies and procedures
  • Experience with electronic ticketing systems and software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
