Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Documenting customer interactions in the CRM system
