Job Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients across the country. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options and answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
- Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs

Essential Qualifications
