Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming live chats and responding quickly with accurate information to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Assisting clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation, providing personalized and empathetic support
  • Utilizing chat templates and personalizing responses when necessary to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Logging interactions and case notes into our CRM system to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the support team to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that customers receive timely and satisfactory resolutions

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in live chat or online customer support, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong written communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM tools, including our proprietary CRM system
  • Fast typing speed and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision under pressure
  • Calm and focused under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
