Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. This part-time, remote position requires less than 4 hours a day and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating content metadata in our database, verifying data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data processing.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update content metadata in the database

• Verify the integrity of data before and after entry
• Assist with data quality assessment and implement corrective measures as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data processing
• Generate reports as required by management
• Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on software and procedural changes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with data management systems or databases is a plus
