Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and helpful information about products, services, and promotions
• Guiding customers through the ordering process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving skills
• Utilizing a range of software tools to address customer inquiries, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems
• Collaborating with external shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns
• Maintaining a high level of productivity, quality, and service, even in a high-volume environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in retail, service, or customer service industries
• Basic math skills, with the ability to compute refunds, discounts, and percentages accurately
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as listen to and interpret customer needs
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment, upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
• A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
• Previous experience working with luxury goods or in a similar customer-facing role
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software
