Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat on websites and social media platforms

  • Respond to inquiries from existing customers and handle sales-related questions from potential customers
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call center or remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a device with internet capabilities (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week
