As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing DMCA takedown requests, responding to customer and creator inquiries, improving content moderation pipelines, and solving payment disputes. This is a full-time position, and we're open to candidates located in Miami or Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage DMCA takedown requests and ensure timely resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom) in a timely and professional manner
  • Review flagged content to ensure compliance with our content Community Guidelines
  • Handle payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation pipelines and resolve complex issues

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
  • Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech or e-commerce environment

  • Familiarity with content moderation and community guidelines
  • Knowledge of DMCA takedown procedures and best practices
  • Experience with live chat software and email management tools
