Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Chat Monitoring Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing interactions on various chat platforms to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain a positive user experience
  • Monitoring live chat customer support agents and providing guidance on resolving customer inquiries and issues
  • Ensuring that customer support agents adhere to arenaflex's community standards and guidelines
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Online Chat Monitoring Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that customer support agents provide exceptional experiences for users. This includes:

  • Monitoring live chat conversations and providing guidance on resolving customer inquiries and issues
  • Ensuring that customer support agents adhere to arenaflex's community standards and guidelines
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Contract Length and Compensation:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background:

To succeed as an Online Chat Monitoring Assistant, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
