Enablement Program Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Enablement Program Manager to develop, launch, and maintain programs, training offerings, and tools that support the enablement needs of all customer-facing Tungsten Automation employees (and approved partners) around the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Interface with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams across Tungsten Automation to create strategic enablement programs and effective training offerings that align directly with the achievement of strategic corporate objectives p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Develop and lead the successful execution of Sales Enablement plans, and supporting programs, in conjunction with regional Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Field & Channel Marketing, Presales, Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Work directly with Product Marketing and Industry Marketing to help identify and establish comprehensive enablement programs that support the launch of important product releases and new line of business solutions p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Ensure Sales Enablement programs are understood and well-received by target constituents p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> For each sales enablement program and/or initiative, work with the cross-functional team to determine the best content development strategy and sales-specific education and training p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Provide programs and services to ramp Sales new hires to productivity in under nine months and supports and mentors those new hires throughout their onboarding process p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Determine opportunities for improving the sales learning experience, and identify innovative techniques for delivery and consumption p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Measure and report on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement investments and the programs conducted p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Respond to internal Sales Enablement requests and ensure all circumstances and requirements are considered when making recommendations for new projects that impact business systems, processes, procedures and policies p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Establish an effective methodology to capture, analyze and prioritize new requests for changes to systems, processes and policies p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Assume additional responsibilities as assigned p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Utilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards ABOUT OUR PLATFORM Tungsten Automation’s Document Automation Security platform helps government agencies transform information-intensive business processes, reduce manual work and errors, minimize costs, and improve customer engagement.
