Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and languages
