Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, phone, and email. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through ongoing training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat, phone, and email

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents
  • Document customer interactions and update records in our database
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements

* 0-1 years of experience in customer service or chat support

  • Excellent communication, typing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in chat software and technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $21.00 - $47.00/hour.
