Job Summary
As a Data Entry Co-Op at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Crew Resources and Scheduling team by delivering statistics-driven solutions and automation that drive business performance and decision-making. You'll work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, design and implement new processes, and ensure that all obligations are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
* Inputting, updating, and verifying data in the company database with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or missing data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information entered
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
- Identifying areas for improvement in manual procedures and designing/implementing new, automated solutions to reduce tasks and increase efficiency
- Utilizing project management skills to ensure all obligations are completed on time and on budget
- Working independently and meeting deadlines, while maintaining open communication with the team
Requirements
* Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
