Job Summary

As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as SMS (texting) interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing accurate and helpful information, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional service to customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as SMS interactions

  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and helpful information
  • Make outbound appointment setting calls to existing customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records
  • Manage and monitor SMS interactions, providing the same level of exceptional service as phone calls
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide a positive customer experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Have a designated and approved in-home workspace

  • Have a secondary workspace in case of technical difficulties
  • Meet wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring)
  • Receive inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Place outbound follow-up calls to customers
  • Answer SMS messages and respond to customer inquiries
  • Answer questions about product details, company information, and account issues for customers
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities
  • Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Ability to type 40 wpm+
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled
  • Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required
  • Fitness industry experience a PLUS!
