Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Technician to join our remote support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly

  • Communicate policies, procedures, and regulations to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Issue IDs, process applications, and administer vision, driver, and in-car road tests as required
  • Process diverse vehicle registrations, titling, tax, and fee collection, and other DMV-related services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with automated systems and personal computers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a government agency or regulatory environment

  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with customer service software and tools
