Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for each of our clients. You will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information regarding products and services, resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, and documenting all customer interactions and maintaining records.
