Job Summary

As a Part Time Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. This is a part-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset, including technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box

  • Troubleshoot issues and talk customers through steps to resolution
  • Assist with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
  • Diagnose issues and provide quick yet thorough assistance
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Prioritize workload and work between several projects/tasks
  • Data entry with speed and accuracy, while navigating different types of software
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of customer support experience (preferably in a technical support role)

  • 1+ year of technical support experience (preferably in a customer-facing role)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctuality and great attendance
  • Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
  • Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous work experience working directly with customers

  • Experience with customer service software and systems
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair
