Job Summary

As a Full Stack Digital Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that tasks related to your role are executed with precision. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support teams, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge bases and documentation to support future support teams

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software and ticketing systems a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
