Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute directly to product improvements
  • Creating informative content based on common user needs, such as guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions
  • Collaborating across teams, including product, engineering, and data, to ensure a stellar customer experience

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Location:

Based in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, or New Zealand

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Technical Background:

Previous experience in technical support

Startup Experience:

Previous experience in a startup environment or software company (preferred)

Problem-Solving:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Independence:

Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office

Customer Focus:

A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
