Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Verifying data accuracy by checking and correcting data, when necessary.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive data integrity.
• Collaborating with team managers to support data management needs and process improvements.
• Generating reports and performing data backup as required.
• Adhering to quality standards and data entry protocols.
• Responding to data inquiries from team members and providing requisite data insights.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
