Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Identifying and escalating customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer support skills
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

Experience:

1+ year of customer support experience in a similar industry

Skills:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively + Proficiency in customer support software and tools + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certifications:

None required, but certifications in customer support (e.g., CCSP) are a plus

Experience:

2+ years of customer support experience in a similar industry

Skills:

+ Experience with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) + Knowledge of arenaflex products and services + Experience with data analysis and reporting + Strong leadership and coaching skills + Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
