The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer inquiries. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, while your adaptability and flexibility will allow you to navigate fast-changing guidelines and priorities.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines
- Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that customer interactions are positive and productive
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
- Provide information and explanations to customers, answering questions and resolving inquiries
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Requirements
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
