Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our business intelligence and analytics capabilities. You'll work closely with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements, and use your expertise to convert business needs into actionable data and presentations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for arenaflex University (our internal training department)
• Using advanced tools and technologies to combine data from various sources and provide insights for key stakeholders
• Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with equipment and projects
• Applying advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools
• Creating and maintaining advanced reports for education data using SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools
• Supporting escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and presentation needs
• Partnering with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements and convert business needs into actionable data presentation needs

Responsibilities

* Applies expertise and customer needs evaluation to create the right solution to satisfy the need

• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
• Applies advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights to help data and visualization requests
• Applies advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced reports for education data
• Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and presentation needs
• Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements and convert business needs into actionable data presentation needs
• Identifies strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understands and can estimate the effort and cost of a solution
• Works with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
• May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to apply advanced tools and technologies to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions

• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
• Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
• Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in:

• Acquiring data using various tools including: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets.
• Visualization and presentation experience
• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
