Work from Home Customer Service Representative

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a virtual environment while delivering exceptional service to our clients' customers. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from customers and assist them with inquiries, requests, and product support

  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate and timely information

  • Handle difficult customer situations professionally and ensure their satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
