The individual in this role will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement IT solutions that align with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Proven expertise in Business Analysis, Business Requirements gathering, and Business Process improvement
- Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts and their application in business environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in remote settings
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
