We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, addressing issues related to our electric vehicles and renewable energy products.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support, preferably in the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry.

  • Strong understanding of electric vehicles and renewable energy products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
