Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of sales performance
• Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives, sharing best practices, and providing support and guidance as needed
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and applying this knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth

Ideal Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a remote or call center environment
