Key Responsibilities
As a German Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers, ensuring a top-quality service experience
- Proactively addressing all queries related to our business, providing expert product knowledge and solutions
- Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls, managing email queries with precision and care
- Demonstrating a professional approach, building rapport with each customer, and showcasing extensive knowledge of our product ranges
- Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
Personal Specification
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential)
- Customer service experience (desired but not essential)
- Self-motivation, a 'can-do' attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Attention to detail, high-level communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications
- A strong desire to deliver the highest quality service to our clients' customers
Shift Options
We offer three flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:
- Shift 1: £25,000 per year, 5-week rotational shift
+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15 + Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 07:30 - 15:45 + Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:15 + Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 08:00 - 16:15 + Week 5: Monday to Friday, 11:45 - 20:00
- Shift 2: £25,075 per year, 5-week rotational shift
