About the Role

As an Experienced Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity and discretion
  • Resolving complex technical issues and escalating interactions when necessary
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a technical or mechanical field
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical issues
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • Clean and quiet workspace
