Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer experiences to our clients. You'll work in a fast-paced, remote environment, handling an average of 50-60 calls per shift. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with our clients and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle an average of 50-60 calls per shift, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level metrics, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service
  • Work effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Utilize arenaflex's systems and tools to efficiently and effectively resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and tools
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Strong knowledge of home goods and e-commerce industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
