Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and approaching customers to identify their needs and improve their shopping experience
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and management, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Extending support at the register when required, assisting cashiers with complex transactions and ensuring high customer service standards are achieved
  • Adhering to company guidelines for merchandising and presentation, including floor layouts, signage requirements, price modifications, inventory presentations, and restocking standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to improve their shopping experience

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
