Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support
  • Handling customer inquiries through phone and email, maintaining quality metrics and resolving issues efficiently
  • Participating in training sessions and applying knowledge to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
  • Using data analytics to identify call trends and report findings, enabling data-driven decision-making
  • Escalating critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of contact center or related customer service experience
  • At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
