Key Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of client and booking information in our CRM and booking systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting and updating client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems
• Ensuring all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards
• Handling sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements
• Providing personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences
• Coordinating itineraries and ensuring all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations
• Confirming bookings and sending detailed itineraries to clients
• Staying updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations
• Offering insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests
• Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system
• Processing payments and handling invoicing as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry
