Job Summary
As an Experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy in core business information systems, specifically supporting store location data and B2B client account data. Your responsibilities will include executing requests to update store and client account information, investigating and resolving data issues, and providing exceptional client support. Key Responsibilities
* Execute requests to update store and client account information in core business information systems
- Investigate and resolve data issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process concerns and develop new processes
- Assist with projects and manage the process independently, including defining, creating, recording, and executing multiple connected tasks
Essential Qualifications
