Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our clients, helping them find and purchase their ideal home products. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Handling inbound sales calls, with an average of 40 calls per day, depending on your shift
  • Providing product information and recommendations to clients, both on and off the arenaflex website
  • Collaborating with product providers to gather additional information and resolve client inquiries
  • Following the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, expectation management, and upselling opportunities
  • Analyzing client needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling or cross-selling
  • Staying up-to-date with product information, sales strategies, and company policies through email or the chat channel
  • Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think systematically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
  • The ability to work in a virtual environment, with a high level of comfort using technology and software applications
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
