Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Facebook-related services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Data Entry Tasks:

Perform data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents with precision and accuracy.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

Record-Keeping:

Requirements:

Computer Skills:
