Scrum Master Project Manager
Description We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record coaching Agile team, driving delivery across complex initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders at all organizational levels. This role combines the servant-leadership focus of a Scrum Master with the coordination, risk management, and program-level oversight typically associated with a Release Train Engineer or a Program Manager. - Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with digital and customer-facing channel experience
- Strong foundational project management expertise in high-pressure enterprise environments
- Background in application development project management (prior developer experience highly preferred)
- Enterprise-level Scrum Master experience
- Proven customer-facing delivery experience
- Digital marketing experience supporting campaigns and customer outreach
- Experience driving Agile transformation and programs
- Exposure to AI and/or Contact Center technologies (agent implementation experience is a plus)
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
