Job Summary

As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support on their websites and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving simple problems and issues
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting our clients' products and services
  • Process customer orders and transactions successfully
  • Work independently, following instructions and guidelines provided by our team
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat conversations and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access the internet
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
