Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with American Express card members via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Educating card members on American Express products, services, and benefits to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Processing card member requests, including account inquiries, payment processing, and dispute resolution, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Staying updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist card members and enhance their experience.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
