Position Objective This role will support the NAVC’s brands through its email marketing efforts. The person who fills this role is expected to create email messages from provided templates, fill in copy and graphics, submit for review and then set up to send in our email platform. Commitment 15 hours per week, subject to additional hours at team approval Rate: $25/hr Start Date: ASAP Contractor Responsibilities Email Coverage:
- VetFolio Flash (weekly)
- VetFolio Newsletter (monthly)
- “Inside NAVC” Content Proofs for NAVC-wide newsletters (2-3 weekly)
- Digital Edition Email Notifications (per print issue, 2-3 per month)
- TVP Research Wrapped (monthly)
Use Wrike, our project management system, to access the content for emails and communicate statuses to the team. Create email messages from pre-defined templates in BeeFree, our drag-and-drop email software. Content will be provided for these emails. Test email to related team for review, complete requested edits. Be available to make edits to email messages based on client feedback within 48 hours of review. Set up completed and approved email HTML in Omeda, our email deployment system. Test email projects to yourself to confirm all elements are in working order. Attend weekly VetFolio meetings (Tuesday, 9:30-10:30 am Eastern Time) to review email plans for the week. Be comfortable coordinating email content and email edits between Marketing, VetFolio and Media teams. Communicate updates on email progress and issues to the Digital Marketing Director.
