Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insights, and communicating findings to senior leaders and stakeholders. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with teams and leaders across various departments to ensure alignment and cooperation on multiple initiatives and projects
• Analyzing schedules and complex datasets to identify actionable insights for stakeholders
• Synthesizing large amounts of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Developing high-quality and timely presentation materials to communicate findings and influence senior leaders
• Navigating complex team dynamics and engagements to drive collaboration and results
• Analyzing historical profitability and performance metrics to inform future performance
• Contributing to the development of innovative community designs, connectivity structures, and scheduling approaches that drive business growth and improvement
• Delivering analysis and recommendations that demonstrate a deep understanding of business challenges and their broader impact on the organization
• Communicating findings and insights to branch and commercial/operational leaders using a tailored communication approach that acknowledges the target audience and provides a clear path forward

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of business and management concepts related to strategic planning, resource allocation, management techniques, manufacturing methods, and coordination of people and resources
• Skilled in reading complex datasets quickly to extract insightful information
• Skilled in developing PowerPoint presentations to communicate data and insights to the target audience
• Skilled in communicating and influencing, able to interact directly and effectively with various teams, including individual contributors, leadership, and senior leadership
• Ability to guide a project from start to finish independently and interact with subject matter experts
• Ability to leverage outputs from schedule forecasting, optimization, and simulation tools to provide insights on future schedules
• Ability to navigate ambiguous and unstructured issues or situations, often requiring quick resolution; navigate easily between big-picture thinking and control of relevant detail
• Ability to provide results quickly and with minimal guidance; demonstrates a self-starter mindset to discover next steps and opportunities
• Ability to analyze quickly, go the extra mile, navigate ambiguous issues, and approach work in a flexible way
• Ability to define, track, prioritize, and monitor multiple key cross-functional tasks and efforts; record key measures and effectiveness to various stakeholders
• Ability to provide guidance, clarification, and feedback to less experienced team members
• Ability to recognize the implications of recent data for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to collect, organize, visualize, and assimilate data, including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
• Ability to recognize and follow data to contribute to the business strategic plan
• Ability to listen, recognize, and communicate thoughts provided in writing and/or in speaking with others
• Ability to use established guidelines for unique issues to provide solutions that make sense

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced-level experience, professional and specialized expertise in: + Aviation industry in quantitative roles + Identifying and developing solutions to address business and operational issues + Presentation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) + Data access and analytical platforms (SQL, Alteryx) + Transportation operations, passenger or profitability analysis experience + Communication, especially developing and delivering high-quality presentations + Presenting to a wide range of audiences + Analytics, especially the ability to extract and analyze complex data successfully to report insights
