Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our AirBNB team, you will be the primary point of contact for AirBNB customers, handling a range of queries from booking issues to policy clarifications. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
