Job Description
As a Data / Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, resolving issues, and performing various operational tasks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information, while also maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders, returns, credits, and truck claims with precision and efficiency
- Assist customers with pricing, inventory, and order status inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience in data/order entry and customer service (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent attention to detail skills, with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
