Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to drive growth. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough analyses of complex data sets to identify trends and patterns

• Develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to drive growth
• Create and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards to support business objectives
• Act as a thought partner with Product, Design, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop following designs for the toolset
• Tutor departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Google Cloud Platform, and Succeed/Google Sheets

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science

• 2+ years of work experience in a related field, preferably in business analysis, strategy, startup/tech, or marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience
• Strong technical skills with experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and drive overall strategy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar

• Knowledge of Python/Git is a plus, but not required
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions
