What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner - Recording information in the Communication Log and looking up member information using proprietary ASH systems - Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department - Transferring callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues - Utilizing appropriate resources to provide timely responses

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A high school diploma or equivalent - A minimum of one-year experience in customer service, with inbound call center experience preferred - Basic computer skills - Strong verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively - Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment - Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions - Ability to exercise strict confidentiality

- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Experience with proprietary ASH systems or similar software
