The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical and non-technical queries. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving client success, and you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, using your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's software to resolve issues accurately and effectively.

  • Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional support experiences, including:

+ Understanding client issues and identifying root causes + Providing creative solutions and process improvements + Educating clients on prominent product information, releases, bugs, and status updates + Collaborating with the development team to resolve critical system issues

  • Develop and maintain knowledge base content to promote support scalability and improve self-service capabilities
  • Provide feedback within the organization to address issues before they become serious or widespread
  • Adhere to all company confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of customer service experience (required)
  • 6 months of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (required)
  • 1 year of experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Help desk or contact center experience (required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for customer success and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize caseload and be accountable for results

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a medical office or EMR environment (1 year preferred)

  • Experience with arenaflex's software or similar products
