Key Responsibilities

As a Full Time Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling high-volume client demands with a positive and professional attitude
  • Processing new patient enrollments and medication requests in accordance with HIPAA rules
  • Researching and resolving missing information and clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
  • Entering data into our pharmacy systems and managing patient and prescription information
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with medication subject matter experts to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company procedures and protocols

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification in a relevant field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Moderate level of keyboarding skills (25 WPM or higher)
  • Ability to give written and verbal instructions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer support, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Advanced level of keyboarding skills (35 WPM or higher)
  • Knowledge of Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software
