Position Summary The Licensed Clinician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services that improve quality of life, increase independence, and promote positive outcomes. This position uses independent clinical judgment to assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, lead interventions, support crisis response, and guide staff on complex behavioral challenges. You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to ensure consistent, person-centered care. What You’ll Do Conduct behavioral and functional assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide face-to-face clinical services within your scope of practice Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed Lead crisis response efforts and provide post-incident debriefing Provide consultation to residential teams and leadership Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Train and support staff on behavioral health best practices Assist with abuse/neglect investigations and follow-up planning Build strong relationships with community mental health and outside agencies Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Analysis, or related field Current state licensure/certification such as: LCSW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, BCBA, PBSF or equivalent 1+ years of clinical experience (internship/practicum may be considered) Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioral needs Experience with developmental disabilities and/or mental health populations preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Ready to Make an Impact?
