A day in the life: As an SEO Specialist on the Healthcare team, you execute SEO campaigns across a portfolio of healthcare clients, from keyword research and on-page optimization to technical site improvements. You are a detail-oriented executer who delivers accurate, reliable work and keeps deliverables on track across your accounts. You work closely with your manager and the broader account team, communicating proactively and staying ahead of priorities. You are constantly building your healthcare SEO knowledge and looking for ways to move the needle on organic performance for the clients you support. Responsibilities: Execute on-page SEO optimizations across assigned client accounts, including metadata, header structure, internal linking, and image alt text. Conduct keyword research and maintain keyword mapping documentation for assigned accounts. Implement technical SEO fixes in WordPress, including indexing, metadata, and site health improvements. Track and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, and SEMrush; contribute to monthly reporting with data-driven observations and insights. Support content optimization efforts and assist with content brief development as needed. Keep deliverable tracking and internal documentation organized and up to date. Communicate proactively with manager and cross-functional partners on task status, priorities, and any blockers. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department. Other applicable or related duties as assigned. Role Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated impact on rankings, traffic, or organic performance. Solid foundation in on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and keyword research. Working knowledge of WordPress and proficiency with GA4, GSC, and SEMrush. Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of accurate, on-time delivery. Clear communicator who keeps internal teams aligned and updates stakeholders proactively. Curious and growth-oriented with a drive to continuously build SEO knowledge and improve results. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of accounts for dedicated background support (2-4). Timely and accurate execution of SEO deliverables (80%+ on time delivery). Quality and accuracy of client insights (80% accuracy). Most Important Things (MITs) Execution of organic optimization tasks across client accounts. Strong internal collaboration and cross-functional organization.
