Test Manager – Data Migration

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale Salesforce migration and expansion project. The project focuses on moving an existing Salesforce instance to a new EMEA platform and creating one central solution for client data, lead generation, customer management, upselling, and online subscriptions across multiple countries. In this role, you will help improve and implement the testing strategy. The main focus will be on E2E testing across multiple applications, data migration testing, testing for large product launches, and improving automation coverage strategy. You will also be responsible for shaping the approach to End-to-End testing, data migration testing from a legacy system to the new platform, testing for large product launches, and improving automation coverage strategy. Position: Test Manager (he/she) Number of Open Vacancies: 1 Type of Contract: B2B / Employment contract Preferred Scale of Work: on average 8 hours/day Start Date: ASAP, Remote Project: A large-scale Salesforce migration and expansion project focused on building Your tasks: Define, review, and improve testing strategies for a complex ecosystem of internal applications and multiple third-party integrations. Create testing strategies for End-to-End testing across multiple applications. Define testing approaches for large product launches, not only regular software releases. Prepare testing strategies for migration activities from a legacy application to a new platform. Support testing of migration-related features, including data quality, consistency, completeness, and process validation. Identify gaps in the current testing approach and recommend improvements. Improve automation coverage strategy and define where automation should bring the most value. Help clarify and streamline QA processes so they are practical, effective, and ready for execution. What we expect from you: Strong experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar role. Experience defining and improving testing strategies for complex enterprise environments. Experience with systems involving multiple applications and third-party integrations. Strong understanding of End-to-End testing. Experience with testing approaches for large launches, rollouts, or major releases. Experience with data migration testing. Ability to improve QA processes and make them clear, practical, and ready for implementation. Good understanding of test automation coverage strategy. Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams. Fluent English Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce or CRM-related projects. Experience with data-heavy environments, data migration, or Data Lakes.
